Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what information we collect when you buy The Google Ads Framework, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data.

1. Who we are

The Product is sold by PE Mykyta Soima, Dekoratyvna St. 7, Dnipro, Ukraine ("we," "us," "our"). This policy covers this site and the purchase of The Google Ads Framework and its bonus materials. By buying or using the Product, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact details — the name and email address you enter at checkout.
  • Billing information — billing name and country. Card details go straight to our payment provider and are never stored on our servers or seen by us.
  • Communications — emails and support messages you send us.

Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, click events, and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Cookies & similar technologies — see “Cookies & tracking” below.

Information from third parties

  • Advertising & analytics partners — Google, Meta, Reddit and similar platforms may share aggregated audience and conversion data with us.
  • Payment provider — confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the buyer’s email and country.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the Product to the email address you provide, and re-send it if delivery fails.
  • Provide support and respond to questions about your purchase.
  • Send you updated versions of the Product, which are included with your purchase.
  • Send marketing emails where permitted — every one carries an unsubscribe link.
  • Measure the performance of this page and the ads that bring people to it.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or security incidents.
  • Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

4. Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies (visitors from the EEA and UK), we rely on:

  • Contract — to take payment and deliver what you bought.
  • Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the offer.
  • Consent — for non-essential cookies and marketing, where required.
  • Legal obligation — to keep records tax law requires.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:

  • Service providers — the vendors that run this offer: payment processing, email delivery, website hosting, and analytics. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
  • Advertising platforms — Google, Meta, Reddit and similar platforms, to measure campaign performance. Where you have consented, this may include hashed identifiers such as a hashed email address.
  • Professional advisors — accountants and lawyers, where reasonably necessary.
  • Legal & safety — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

6. Cookies & tracking

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to make the page work, measure performance, and deliver advertising. Categories:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the page and checkout to function.
  • Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the page.
  • Advertising — used by us and partners (Meta, Reddit and similar) to measure campaigns and show relevant ads.

You can control cookies through your browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete them, or notify you when one is set. Blocking some cookies may affect how this page works.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Purchase and billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or it is no longer relevant.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information — including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor due diligence. Payment card details never reach our servers. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your personal information.
  • Port your data to another service.
  • Opt out of marketing emails — use the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale”/“sharing” of personal information.
  • Withdraw consent where we rely on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email mykyta@escalix.io. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes applicable law requires. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request for you.

10. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the CCPA (as amended by the CPRA) gives you additional rights:

  • Right to know — what personal information we collect, its sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients.
  • Right to delete — request deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of sale/sharing — including cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger this right.
  • Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To exercise California rights, email mykyta@escalix.io with the subject line “California Privacy Request.”

Categories collected in the last 12 months

  • Identifiers (name, email, IP address)
  • Commercial information (the purchase you made, billing records)
  • Internet/electronic activity (page views, ad interactions)
  • Geolocation (approximate, derived from IP)
  • Inferences drawn from the above (e.g. audience segments)

We do not knowingly collect or process the personal information of consumers under 16 for purposes of “sale” or “sharing.”

11. Children’s privacy

The Product is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International data transfers

We operate from Ukraine, and our service providers operate in the EEA, the United Kingdom and the United States. Wherever you buy from, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in those countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as Standard Contractual Clauses — for transfers out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.

13. Third-party services

Checkout and email delivery are handled by third-party services with their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We recommend reviewing their policies before using them.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we post the revised version on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated where the law requires it. Continuing to use the Product after an update means you accept the revised policy.
